How do I sign in? Create an account with your email and a password. You are signed in right away, no confirmation email needed.
I forgot my password. Email jake@jarvio.io from the address on your account and we will reset it for you.
How does matching work? You mark the half days you can have a dog. We rank people whose weeks fill the rest of yours, then by distance, energy, budget and role.
Can people see where I live? No. The map shows a point 400 to 800 m away from your neighborhood or location, never your address.
Why can I not message someone? Chat opens once you both like each other.
How do I report or block someone? Open their profile or your chat with them and tap Report or Block. To report one message, tap it in the chat.
How do I delete my account? Profile tab, then "Delete my account and data". Everything is removed right away.
What are example listings? Made up profiles that show how the app works. Turn them off in Profile, Settings.
